Voter Bases:

There are 8 voter bases, they each represent a certain percentage of the population. You know that a certain percentage of them will vote for you, this is called favourability. 

Policies / Campaigns:

In each year you can choose to sign various policies / campaigns. Policies effect voter base favourabilities. Campaigns also effect voter base favourabilities, but some also have chance based effects. All policies / campaigns will affect your budget either positively or negatively.

Campaign Modifiers:

Some policies have campaign modifiers, these apply a modification to all campaigns of that type going forward. These can also be either positive or negative. They can affect the voter base favourability modification or percentage chances of campaigns.

The Goal:

Your goal is to win 50% or more of the vote every election for as long as possible!
